Orange County Pinballs strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of pinball machines and arcades, all sales are final and all machines are sold AS-IS with no warranty. Only new machines are covered by their factory limited warranty and coverage can be found in the owner's manual or manufacturer's website. Returns and Cancellations authorized by Orange County Pinballs are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to evan.zelien@orangecountypinballs.com within 24 hours of initial order to receive a full refund.
