Orange County Pinballs strives for 100% customer satisfaction but due to the nature of pinball machines and arcades all sales are final and all machines are sold AS-IS with no warranty unless otherwise stated.  Returns and Cancellations authorized by Orange County Pinballs are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Cancellations must be made in writing via email to evan.zelien@orangecountypinballs.com within 24 hours of initial order to receive a full refund.  Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to the purchase of a different machine should there be a request to change order.
